Regisration Form

<-- Back to Demonstration Home

To the left of this text you will see the OpenCrypt registration form. This is an 'intermediate' example of the registration form, the form is extremely customisable allowing removal of all input fields except the email address input. Also please note that we have placed the registration form in our own template file, by default the form is not included in this template and you can customise the template as you require to suit your web site design.

In this example we have custom usernames and password enabled, this means the user can choose their own username and password, rather than a username and password being automatically generated. We have also added address input fields using the custom form fields system and have enabled the subscriptions system enabling you to choose between a free or non-free membership subsription.

We have also enabled 'Email Activation' which means the user will be sent an activation link via email, the user must visit this URL in order to activate their account and complete the registration process. This is used to ensure the email address being used is valid.

Every element of the registration form can be enabled or disabled via the administration panel. Additional elements not shown in this example are the 'Affiliate System' coupon code input field, the 'Additional Products' system which allows products to be sold during registration, and the form does not include examples of the custom form field types, checkbox, radio, textarea or file upload.
